Grown Ups INVOLVEMENT PLAYS A CRUCIAL ROLE IN SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR YOUR CHILD OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL. HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS: 

• ENCOURAGE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILD TO ENGAGE IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES THEY ENJOY. WHETHER IT'S PLAYING SPORTS, GOING FOR WALKS, OR PARTICIPATING IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, BEING ACTIVE OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL CONTRIBUTES TO OVERALL WELL-BEING. 

• BALANCED NUTRITION: PROVIDE A BALANCED DIET FOR YOUR CHILD, INCLUDING A VARIETY OF FRUITS, VEGETABLES, AND WHOLE GRAINS. EDUCATE THEM ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES. 

• SCREEN TIME MANAGEMENT: HELP YOUR CHILD ESTABLISH A HEALTHY BALANCE BETWEEN SCREEN TIME AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. ENCOURAGE OUTDOOR PLAY, READING, AND CREATIVE PURSUITS TO PROMOTE A WELL-ROUNDED LIFESTYLE. 

• OPEN COMMUNICATION: FOSTER OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR CHILD ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCES IN H&PE CLASS. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF MAINTAINING GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THEY MAY HAVE.
