Crow's Nest Sailing Program
Summer is coming!
Mentor Harbor Crow’s Jr. Sailing Summer Program is the experience of a lifetime! We offer up to 6 weeks of incremental sailing lessons that progress each week to more advanced skills. By the end of the summer your sailor will know how to skipper a sailboat and make their way around a race course!
Your child will gain skills for life at Crow's Nest! From swimming lessons to skippering sailboats, our campers learn to be confident and safe in the pool, on the beach and on the open water. We adventure and play on the shores of Lake Erie, learning about local biology and ecology. Most importantly we love to have fun and make new friends in the outdoors!
Camp runs for 6 weeks from 6/10-7/26, with the week of 7/15 off for 2024 Jr. Bay I-LYA Championships..
Choose from 1-6 weeks of sail camp in 2024!
Discounts: These are early-bird prices. Additional siblings enjoy $50 off registration for 1-2 weeks, or $100 off 3-6 weeks.
Early Bird Pricing ends 4/15. Sibling Discount also ends 4/15.

We will assign your camper to the most appropriate fleet. Descriptions are below - click on the name to dig deeper into each fleet.

Opti Adventure (Beginners, ages 8-10)
Opti Green (Returning Opti sailors, ages 8-10)
Opti Race Team (Competitive Opti sailors, ages 9-14)
Exploration Fleet (Beginner and Intermediate sailors, ages 11-16)
Advanced Fleet (Advanced sailors, ages 13+)
Other Options
Learn to Sail (ages 8-16, M-F, week of July 29)
Start Opti Sailing (SOS) (ages 4-10, 5 Tuesday nights @ 5-7p, starting June 11
Bonus Week July 22-26, 2024, is available to all race team sailors, and campers with 3 or more camp weeks in 2024.
