Expert talk on “Solar Rooftop System”
An expert talk on “Solar Rooftop System” was given by Prof. Jignesh Kadiya, Asst. Professor, Electrical Engineering Department, Saffrony Institute of Technology. This session was organized by the Electrical Engineering Department under the banner of Students’ Chapter on 23rd January 2021 through Google Meet online platform, which was attended by 70 students.
Expert talk on “Wireless Power Charging”
The Electrical Department organized a webinar on “Wireless Power Charging” on 06th March, 2021 under the banner of Students’ Chapter through Google Meet online platform.Prof. Malay Bhatt, Head of Electrical Department, Saffrony Institute of Technology delivered his expert talk on “Wireless Power Charging”. Around 72 students participated in the webinar. The webinar was aimed to enlighten students about the Wireless Power Charging techniques, its current usages, and current industry & research trends.
Expert Lecture on “Personal Interview & Group Discussion Techniques”
Mr. H. S. Darji, Lecturer Electrical Engineering Department, K. D. Polytechnic Patan, arranged an Expert Lecture on “Personal Interview & Group Discussion Techniques”. This Lecture was scheduled on 11th March 2021 through Google Meet online platform. The lecture was delivered by Mr. R. D. Modi, Lecturer Electrical Engineering Department. 64 students of 6th semester participated in the session.
Essay writing competition on “Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat”
An essay writing competition was held on 24-02-2021 at K. D. Polytechnic Patan. The title selected for the competition was “Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat”. Students were given permission to write essay in Gujarati, Hindi and English. Essay was limited to 1000 words and duration of the competition was 30 minutes. Altogether there were 32 participants.
The Swachhta Pledge Taking Ceremony
“A clean India would be the best tribute India could pay to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150 Birth Anniversary” said by our Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi as he launched the Swachh Bharat Mission in 2019. As part of this “Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat” mission, “The Swachhta Pledge Taking Ceremony” was organized by K. D. Polytechnic, Patan on 24th February 2021. Around 141 students have attended this session.
Consumer Awareness and Cyber Security
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, organised an online webinar on “ Consumers Awareness and Cyber Security” on dated 10/01/2023, from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm (online). Gymkhana of this institute circulated link to join program to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and Students of this institute followed the instructions and they have joined in the organised program by given link. Students acquired very fruitful knowledge by this program and enjoyed lot.
National Yuva Day
Organised an online webinar on “ National Yuva Day” on dated 12/01/2023, from 3:00 pm to 04:00 pm (online). Gymkhana of this institute circulated circular to join program to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and 45 Students of Computer Department followed the instructions and they have joined in the organised program. Students inspired by this program and motivated with this seminar.
Debat on vasudhev kutumbakam
Organised a “Debate“ on dated 19/01/2023, from 3:00 pm to 04:00 pm. Gymkhana of this institute circulated circular to take part in the program to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Organised a flag hoisting on dated 26/01/2023, from 8:30 am to 9:30am. Gymkhana of this institute circulated message to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and Students of this institute followed the instructions and they have joined in the organised program.
Essay writing on G20/Y20
Organised a “Essay Competition“ on dated 8/02/20223, from 1:40 pm to 2:40 pm. Gymkhana of this institute circulated circular to take part in the program to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and Students of this institute followed the instructions and they have participated in the program. Students inspired by this program and motivated and certified.
Sports Week
As per the instruction from DTE and GTU, organised a Sports Week on dated from 5th April 2023 to 11th April 2023 (4 Days). Gymkhana of this institute circulated circular for registration to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and Students of this institute followed the instructions and they have registered in the organised Games. Students played well in all the games and were certified by the institute.
Day Celebration
As per the instruction from DTE and GTU, organised a Day Celebration Week on dated from 5th April 2023 to 11th April 2023 (4 Days). Gymkhana of this institute circulated circular for registration to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and Students of this institute followed the instructions and they involved in the traditional dressing and garba and Signature Day.
Yoga Day -2023
Organised a Yoga Day on dated from 21st June, 2023. Gymkhana of this institute circulated circular to all departments and instructed to circulate the same to all students of this institute. Faculties and Students of this institute followed the instructions and remain present in the Yoga. Students and Faculties did the Yoga in the institute. All enjoyed the Yoga and understood the benefit of Yoga and health
