JR Miniatures (Now Novus) - Here is one of their 15mm buildings. They work well for smaller factory buildings in 20mm

Sarissa MDF Buildings- I have always preferred resin but these are very nice

Lancer - I am not sure about US stockist but love these buildings

Scenic Effects made some great 20mm ruins and other pieces but hard to find online right now, one option is Noble Knight Games on Ebay
