PLC Math Resources

This form is filled out each week by the PLC team. It includes all of the essential math elements and is a plan to guide a week of data drivien math instruction. It is helpful to label the first column as the day after the PLC meets.

This form should be maintained by the administrator and shared with the entire faculty. Each week each team should list the learning target and lesson for each day through their next PLC meeting date. SPED uses this planner to plan Tier 2 support, teams can see the curriculum of other grade levels, and administrators know at a glance which topics are being covered in classes.
