You are cordially invited to celebrate Kwanzaa with the community! This will be the 6th day of Kwanzaa (Kuumba), and we will join gather to celebrate: the spirit of community, the arts, and learn about the principles of Kwanzaa!

Note: We will be celebrating the arts in particular. If you know of any artists who'd like to share their talents (ex. African dance, African storytelling, African drummers, etc.), please have them email me at HonCNeville@dumfriesva.gov by December 8th.
