SMART tool
The AACP Board is pleased to share the Self-Assessment for Modification of Anti-Racism Tool (SMART).
This tool was created in the aftermath of the renewed national dialogue around structural racism following the high - profile deaths of several Black individuals at the hands of law enforcement in 2020.
It is intended for use by organizations interested in self-directed, sustained anti-racism work.
The AACP is making this available to its membership for comment, pilots etc. The initial availability is 6 months, to facilitate the collection of data, feedback and recommendations.
The Board will review this feedback and determine next steps.
