Fossil hunting with Year Six
Researching that most famous of fossil hunters, Lyme Regis' Mary Anning, resulted in some spectacular presentations from Year Six. We love the way our children bring their own inimitable interpretations to their homework projects, and this spectacular crop, was a case in point. We had models of Mary at work on the beach, fantastic artwork, written presentations in all shapes and sizes, as well as some fossil cake baking! There was even a mini archaeological dig, where the children excavated for their own 'fossil' biscuits. All so thoughtful. We really appreciate your research. The hard work really paid off.
