Ms. Loechler

Welcome to 4th Grade!

I believe that having a safe and welcoming environment will provide the opportunity for all students to be successful.

Hello, welcome to 4th grade!  My name is Rachel Loechler and I am excited to be teaching 4th grade at Bear Cave Intermediate School this year.  This will be my 15th year teaching and my 9th year teaching 4th grade in Stewartville.

I am originally from Rochester, which is also where I currently live.  I attended Minnesota State University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and my Master's in Literacy Education.

In my free time I can most likely be found spending time with my family and friends. I am a proud auntie to my two nieces Olivia and Riley.  When the weather cooperates I enjoy getting outdoors and being active.  Traveling is something I love to do, especially if it is somewhere warm!

I am looking forward to the year ahead at Bear Cave Intermediate.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me by e-mail (rachel.loechler@ssdtigers.org) or phone 507-533-1573. The best times to contact me is in the morning from 7:30 -8 or in the afternoon from 3:00-3:30.
