2015 Hunger Auction Proceeds Top $25K

On Saturday August 8th wonderful weather and robust crowds helped ensure a successful day of fun, fellowship and bidding on beautiful one-of-a-kind items at this year's WHA auction event. This year's milestone event generated over $25,600 in proceeds to help those less fortunate. Much thanks to those who bought, the many who donated (i.e. auction items, baked goods, produce, special services,etc.) and the dozens who volunteered at this year's auction event. The WHA Steering Committee is in the process of calculating total annual proceeds raised by 2015 WHA events and will be determining its annual charity distributions in the near future (a full disbursement report will be posted to the website in the fall).

Thanks again to all donors & volunteers that made 2015 yet another successful year in our mission to serve those less fortunate; by your grace and generosity many mouths will be fed!
