Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy goes beyond standard yoga. It is designed to work with both physical (e.g. multiple sclerosis) and mental (e.g., anxiety/depression) struggles via tailored private or semi-private sessions that address your specific needs.

Yoga therapists are highly credentialed therapists who have studied the principles of yoga as pertaining to specific physical and mental stressors. The yoga therapist will meet with an individual client for only several sessions to give the tools needed for the client to then practice the helpful yoga methods tailored to that client’s specific circumstances. Yoga therapy can help with depression, anxiety, stress, multiple sclerosis, stress-related digestive difficulties, inattention, etc. Our yoga therapists have observed that feeling better is expected on the very first session.
