Notes on my editions...

-> Added Minerva's notes about Mexican/Latino, and to two the region's largest Mexican holidays: Cinco de Mayo and Day of the Dead,

-> Open-mesh apparently no longer does volume discount, $50/ea even in quantity 25. However, I found $2.5 Chinese antenna on Ebay. I adjusted the # of routers in the budget accordingly.

-> I changed # of DSL accounts providing Internet access to three 6Mbit Speakeasy accounts at $106/mo. This is most cost effective, i.e. 4x the speed of standard 1.5Mbit DSL but only ~2x the cost. It also simplifies the maintenance, as there would be only 3 DSL lines to tend to instead of 6. This is also reduces the initial Speakeasy installation fees from $600 to $300, if I can not negotiate to have them waived.

-> we would be seeking underwriting on KDHX, not advertising
