Gale Centre

The Gale Centre continues to lose money & keep us poor. The current council has demonstrated poor leadership here by mandating hockey only in the winter. Eventing & concerts need to be included on the winter schedule because this is what will make money. We need to lift the hockey only directive in the winter and get effective event management that will help bring the Gale Centre to a profit.

The new Meridian Centre in St Catharines has a more profit-driven agenda and wisely allowing eventing in the winter to help pay for their expensive complex.

No more broken promises with respect to the Thorold Stone to Victoria access. Things need to change so that we can afford to build this road with the Region.
