2019 Fall Preseason Session

3F and Viper Elite fall preseason session begins Tuesday, September 3. See below for details. Registration is closed, but depending on your wrestler's age, size, and experience level there may still be space available. * One Team -- 3 Different Training Programs: Young Beginner, Once Weekly Technique Clinic, Competitive Full Program,

* Start Date: Tues, Sept. 3

* End Date: Wed, Oct 30

** Young Beginner Program. Mon/Thurs 5:00-6:00pm at 3F Wrestling. This program is for beginner level wrestlers through 3rd grade. Emphasis is on developing fundamental wrestling technique while having a lot of fun. Minimum age is generally 1st grade, but younger wrestlers with sufficient attention span can join with coach's permission.

** Once Weekly Technique Clinic. Tues 6:00-7:30 at Vandegrift HS Wrestling room. This program is for wrestlers who plan on wrestling full time and competing in regular season (November-February), but have a conflicting fall sport commitment. Once weekly technical review and drill in the fall should help your wrestler hit the ground running in November.

** Competitive Full Program. Mon/Wed/Thurs 6:00-7:30 and (some weeks) Sun 12:30-2:00. All practices at 3F Wrestling. This program is for older youth wrestlers and advanced competitive younger wrestlers. We will review and drill the entire core youth folkstyle curriculum with an emphasis on preparing for competition in the upcoming winter season. There may be one preseason local tournament opportunity. Our most advanced wrestlers may travel to October national preseason events: Fall Grappler Classic in Michigan, Freakshow in Las Vegas, or Preseason Nationals in Iowa.

Fall Preseason Session Registration Fees and Other Costs:

* Fall preseason session fees:

** Young Beginner Program: $250 (new wrestlers), $200 (continuing wrestlers)

** Once Weekly Technique Clinic: $200 (new wrestlers) $150 (continuing wrestlers)

** Competitive Full Program: $150 monthly for 2 months or single payment of $270

* $40 annual USA Wrestling membership (new membership year begins Sept 1)

* Wrestling shoes and practice gear
