2018-19 Regular Season Highlights:

* Regular season session: Nov. 1 -- March 3 (ends with State Championships in El Paso March 2 -3)

* One Team -- 3 Different Training Programs: Young Beginner, Competitive, Viper Elite.

** Young Beginner Program. Young beginners will practice twice weekly 5:30-6:30pm Monday/Thursday at 3F Wrestling. Young beginners can transfer into the Competitive program with coach's permission at any time throughout the season.

** Competitive Program. Experienced competitive younger wrestlers and all older wrestlers will practice Tuesday/Wednesday 6:15-7:45pm at Vandegrift HS. 4th grade and younger released at 7:30. (See Coach for exceptions.)

** Viper Elite Program: This is a new intensive training program designed for the most dedicated and highly motivated competitive wrestlers. Viper Elite wrestlers will practice four nights per week, with an optional fifth day on Sunday afternoons (when there is no tournament). This is a joint venture with 3F Wrestling combining the Four Points Competitive Program with the 3F Wrestling Youth Program. Viper Elite wrestlers will practice at 6:15pm Tuesday/Wednesday at Vandegrift HS and Monday/Thursday at 3F Wrestling. Optional 1pm Sunday practice at 3F Wrestling.

* Tournaments. Local tournament season begins just after Thanksgiving. Central Region local tournaments on Sundays; Statewide Ironman events on Saturdays. Full tournament schedule with designated Viper team events coming soon. Tournament competition is optional (required for Viper Elite wrestlers).

* Weeknight Dual Meets. Youth wrestler nights with exhibition youth matches at Vandegrift HS dual meets -- 4 weeknights already scheduled vs Westlake, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, and Lake Travis.
