New article on the effect of locally infrequent species on classification

In an article recently published in Community Ecology, Attila Lengyel and his colleagues examine the importance of the effects acting at the level of phytosociological table (i.e., locally) on classifications conducted after merging several tables. In particular, they examine the effect of the removal of infrequent species on community classification.
