At the efforts of Principal Cellist Barbara Hedlund, Garrison Keillor agreed to come and graciously offered his time and talent for a highly successful Champaign Urbana Symphony benefit concert under the direction of Maestro Steven Larsen at the Krannert Center in April 2008.
