Fonts of choice.
Tube of choice.
Mask of choice.
Plugins Needed:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow (optional)
Eye Candy 5 Nature - Icicles & Snow Drift

Open Temp
Duplicate & Close Original
Delete Credits & Words
Open tube
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize if needed
Give Shadow
Delete the Tree & Shadow
Make the Snowflakes Active
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With a Color or Gradient
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Random: Checked
Monochrome: Checked
Noise: 36
Add Shadow
Delete Original Snowflakes Layer
Make the Red Rectangle Active
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Open A Paper Of Choice
Click On Materials
Click Pattern Tab
Locate Paper
Rotate: 0
Scale: 70
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With Paper
Now Do this with other Paper and the other
Layers Until you Get to the Glitter Circle
Delete Glitter Circle
Make Red Circle Active
Resize 75%
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Open Background
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize 45%
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete on Keyboard
Select None
Delete Red Circle
Open Frame 2
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize 85%
Hide Star Layers for right now
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Layers > New Raster Layer
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy Nature > Icicles
Layers > New Raster Layer
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy Nature > Snow Drift
Make your frame Active
Selections > Modify > Expand
Number of Pixels: 2
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill with a Color or Gradient
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Random: Checked
Monochrome: Checked
Noise: 36
Add Shadow
Move Below Frame
Give Icicles & Snow a Shadow
UnHide the Top Left Star
Effects > Image Effects > Offset
Horizontal: -130
Vertical: -12
Custom - Checked
Transparent - Checked
UnHide the other Star
Effects > Image Effects > Offset
Horizontal: 130
Vertical: 12
Custom - Checked
Transparent - Checked
Make the Top Star Active
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Open A Paper Of Choice
Click On Materials
Click Pattern Tab
Locate Paper
Rotate: 0
Scale: 70
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With Paper
Now Do this with other Star
Now you can add other elements if you choose to
Scroll Down
Make the very last layer Active
Fill With Color
Apply Your Mask
When finished
Add name & Copyright info
Save
