Tube of choice.
Close Up of choice.
Mask of choice.

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Xenofex 2 - Constellation (Optional)

Open my template.
Shift + D to Duplicate
Close the Original.
Delete my Credits.
Image > Canvas Size
750 x 650
Open your Main tube.
Paste to your Canvas.
Duplicate
Change Blend to Overlay.
Duplicate
Change Blend to Screen.
Made the Second Active
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur
Radius: 3
Click 'OK'
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 35
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Click 'OK'
Make the Dotted Rectangles active.
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 20
Blur: 2
Color: Black
Click 'OK'
Make Sm Rectangle 1 active.
Select with your Selection Wand.
Open Paper 5.
Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Delete original Sm Rectangle 1.
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give Glow of choice.
Select the outside Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Uniform - Checked
Monochrome - Checked
Noise: 35
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 35
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Click 'OK'
Do the same for Sm Rectangle 2.
Make Glitter Rectangle active.
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give Glow of choice.
Select the outside Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Noise: 35
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 0

Make the Rectangle active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open your Close Up.
Copy & Paste to your canvas.
Move your Close Up to the Left of the Rectangle.
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Duplicate
Mirror
Merge Down with Original.
Change Blend to Screen
Make Pixel Words 1 active
Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness/Contrast
Settings:
Brightness: 255
Contrast: 0
Click 'OK'
Move below you Close Ups
Make your Close Ups active.
Lower the Opacity to 80
Make the Glitter Circle Active.
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give Glow of choice.
Select the outside Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Random - Checked
Monochrome - Checked
Noise: 35
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 35

Make the Circle active.
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open your Close Up.
Copy & Paste to your canvas.
Move your Close Up to the Right of the Circle.
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'

Duplicate
Mirror
Merge Down with Original.
Change Blend to Overlay
Lower the Opacity to 50
Make the Leaf active.
Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness/Contrast
Settings:
Brightness: -255
Contrast: 0
Click 'OK'
Make the Dotted Circle active.
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 20
Blur: 2
Color: Black
Click 'OK'
Make the Thin Rectangle active.
With tour Text Tool type out some Words of choice.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Gaussian - Checked
Monochrome - Checked
Noise: 48
Give Shadow:
Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 20
Blur: 2
Color: Black
Click 'OK'
Make the Thin Rectangle active.
Select with your Selection Tool.
Open Paper 1.
Copy & Paste to you Canvas.
Selections > Invert
Hit 'Delete'
Select None
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
Give Glow of choice.
Select the outside Glow with your Selection Wand.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Copy & Paste to your Canvas.
Move Below your Tube
Adjust > Hue & Saturation > > Colorize

Click 'OK'
Effects > Plunins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation

Ok Now that I got you started Time to add
Elements of your choice.
When your finished add a New Layer.
Fill with a color from your tube.
Open your Mask.
On your Canvas..
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Find your Mask in the Drop Down Menu
Click 'OK'
Now Delete your Mask Layer
Merge Group
Effects > Plugins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation
Settings:
Star Size: 2
Size Variation: 0
Edge Star Density: 1
Overall Star Density: 1
Overdrive: 100
Twinkle Amount: 75
Twinkle Rotation: 45
Keep Original Image - Checked
Random Speed: 1
OK Now That you are all done with that
you can now add the Artist's Copyright

Merge Visible
Crop
Save As .png
