Tube of choice.
Mask of choice.
Plugins Needed:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow (Optional)

Open Temp
Duplicate & Close Original
Delete Credits
Open your tube
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize if needed
Give Shadow
Make the Very Last Blue Rectangle Active
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Open A Paper Of Choice
Click On Materials
Click Pattern Tab
Locate Paper
Rotate: 0
Scale: 70
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With Paper
Now Do this with other Paper and the other
Layers Until you Get to the Small Snowflake Trails
Give those a Small Shadow
The Same for the Large Glitter Snowflake
Make the Blue Snowflake Active
Selections > Select All > Float > DeFloat
Open A Paper Of Choice
Click On Materials
Click Pattern Tab
Locate Paper
Rotate: 0
Scale: 70
Layers > New Raster Layer
Fill With Paper
Select None
Delete Blue Snowflake
Give the Smaller Glitter Snowflake Shadows
Open the Icicles
Copy & Paste to Canvas
Resize by 80%
Effects > Image Effects > Offset
Horizontal: 0
Vertical: -186
Custom Checked
Transparent Checked
Give Shadow
Move Below Rounded Rectangle
Now you can Freely add other elements of your choosing
Make the very last layer Active
Fill With Color
Apply Your Mask
Add Name & Copyright Info
