To request a service status change, you must send an e-mail to requests@mail.smiley000.net or smileynetrequests@gmail.com. It should be in the following format:

Subject: Website; Service Status Change - [comment]

Body:

Date: [date] @ [time]

Name: [full name]

Requester: [full name of requester or (same)]

Service Name: [service name]

Status: [status]

The replaceable parameters are as follows:

 

[comment]                                           An optional comment.

[date]                                                   The date of the request.

[time]                                                   The time of the request.

[full name]                                           The full name of who wants the account or what they want to be called.

[full name of requester or (same)]    The full name of the requester or (same) if same as full name.

[service name]                                    The name of the service.

[status]                                                 The new status of the service. Should be: Active, Inactive, or Not Working.

When you request the status of a service to be modified, we will check the status of the service to see if that is the current status. If it is, we will either fix it if we can (if the status is not working), or update the status as requested. You will be notified of the change if possible.
