To request maintenance on the network, you must send an e-mail to requests@mail.smiley000.net or smileynetrequests@gmail.com. It should be in the following format:

Subject: RFS: NETWORK; [scope]; [type] - [description]

Body:

A description of the problem.

The replaceable parameters are as follows:

[scope]                                       The scope of the problem. Could be as follows:

[type]                                          If scope is computers, then type must be one of the following:                                                   All
