To request a user account on the network, you must send an e-mail to requests@mail.smiley000.net or smileynetrequests@gmail.com. It should be in the following format:

Subject: USC: +User - [comment]

Body:

Date: [date] @ [time]

Name: [full name]

Requester: [full name of requester or (same)]

Relationship: [Your relationship as applies to the network]

Services Needed: [services]

Reason: [reason]

The replaceable parameters are as follows:

 

[comment]                                       An optional comment.

[date]                                               The date of the request.

[time]                                               The time of the request.

[full name]                                       The full name of who wants the account or what they want to be called.

[full name of requester or (same)]    The full name of the requester or (same) if same as full name.

[Your relationship as applies to the network]    The relationship as applies to the network, for example, family member.

[services]                                        The services you need. To see the user services available, go to the user services page.

[reason]                                            The reason the requester wants the account.

When you request an account, you will recieve a reply telling you whether your request has been granted or not. If approved, you will recieve the AUP as an attatchment. You must read and sign the AUP, and then get it back possibly as an attatchment to an e-mail for a reply, and then your account will be created. You will be given the username, and other parameters of the account.
