He is very polite and also likes food, as shown when he eats a cake while telling the Z-Senshi that the entire Solar System will be destroyed in an instant in honorific register or when he is shown visiting a restaurant while Bilsu fights Z Fighters on Earth. He is the one who taught martial arts to the God of Destruction Bilsu and he apparently oversees and trains the successive Gods of Destruction of the Seventh Universe.

One day, Weiss was visiting Bilsu in his temple. He tells him to get up and he says he will sing with a microphone if Bilsu keeps sleeping, and Weiss is terrible at singing. When Bilsu wakes up, he asks Weiss whether Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta along with Bardock and the Saiyan race during his nap because the Saiyans and Freeza were very evil, and King Vegeta was stingy according to him. Weiss tells Bilsu that Freeza was defeated by a Saiyan, and then uses his scepter like a projector to show the past battle between Goku and Freeza on Namek. He also explains about Super Saiyans and some Saiyans living on the Earth, including the Saiyan Prince Vegeta. Weiss is later with the God of Destruction on Kaio-sama's planet when they meet Goku.

Later, while Bilsu fights with the Z-Senshi, Weiss is in a restaurant near Capsule Corporation and he has apparently taken a liking to sushi while on Earth. Bilsu reveals to the Z-Senshi that Weiss is his martial arts master and stronger than him. The Kaioshins comment on Goku befriending the God of Destruction, and Weiss asks Goku if he would like to be the next God of Destruction after Bilsu dies, but Goku turns him down. As Bilsu is completely worn out, after they return home, Weiss karate-chops Bilsu and the God of Destruction falls asleep. Weiss then says that Bilsu will wake up again in three years and he leaves with him.
