<Zhen Ru II for Pipa solo>

“Zhenru” is a Buddhist concept, which means that everyone was born with the nature of emptiness. I’m trying to use Pipa, to express such a free and silent feeling, and to seek the essence of Chinese classical music.

真如，在佛教中原指超越现象的客观体，万物存在之本源。即所谓：“人之初，性本空”。

我试图通过琵琶，表现这种自由、寂然的心境。同时，也试图在乐曲中表现一种对中国传统器乐曲之韵味和律动的追寻。
