IFB Dishwasher Design defect

The IFB Dishashr Neptune VX has design defect.

The outlet pipe if left on ground, make dishwasher to give F5 error and does not work.

The company has workaround to hang the pipe to certain height to fix the design issue with IFB dishwasher.

Surprised how products are authorized to be shipped in Indian market with such design defects.
