PEACE RESOURCE CENTER , 1364 Fremont ,Seaside . 831-899-PEACE or 899-7322. The library, reading room, art gallery and meeting space  is open Wednesday & Thursday from 1 pm to 5:30 pm.
 
Peace Coalition of Monterey County holds a community meeting with speaker and discussion on a timely topic on even-numbered months, usually 3-5 pm on the third Sunday. Contact is Phil Butler butlerphil@comcast.net or 649-1336.

Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, Monterey Branch, 6:30 pm, on the third Monday at the Peace Resource Center. An international organization working to support policies that promote peace. Founded in 1915, WILPF has taken action for ninety years to oppose war and the root causes of war, and to promote peace, social justice, racial equality and women’s empowerment. All are welcome. The program schedule for AMP or Access Monterey Peninsula TV (Channel 24) which airs the local events that Hebard videos may be seen at www.ampmedia.org. By entering any word from the title of a program, you can find out when it will be on the air. The search engine tends to have more accurate information than the daily schedule.
