Ronnie was born in Asheboro NC [randolph co.] 12/17/46, raised on Crousetown rd. Denton NC,
Davidson County, went to school in Denton, United States Air Force in Jan 1964 - Jan 1968,
served 22 months in Texas and 26 months in Germany. Susie was born in Denton NC,
april 9, 1949. Started working for the dentist in denton in 1967 when susie got out of high school.

and built a house on Canaan ch. rd. 1974, live here today [2009]
within 2 miles of were I was raised { crousetown road }. We had
two boys Derek Wood 11/10/70 and Chad Brian 7/06/72 ,
daughter-in-law Vanessa 7/31/99, and a Beautiful Granddaughter
, Shelby Rae 9/4/02,
Derek got married to Janet in 2008 from lexington and another
beautiful Granddaughter Caylee Addison 10/17/08. Have also
two step grandsons Tyler and Brent from Janet's previous marriage.

Work History: Ray Crouse Dairy Farm, Denton NC 1958-1963 [sill operates today], USAF 64-68, In March of 1968 I went to Millville NJ to Truck Driving school, came out # 2 in class and started driving. I drove for Glosson Motor briefly 1968, Colonial motor lines High Point 68-71, Mabelle Transport 71 [briefly], Klopman Mills, Asheboro, 71-79. Globe Union/Johnson Controls Inc. april 1979 - sept 2000. Marion Grubb Const.-sept. 2000 - June 2002. Self-Employed 4UIMOW lawncare June 2002 -Nov.2004. at present 2010, employed with Cardinal Chemicals Inc. Greensboro, NC- 336-621-0381 since Nov. 2004. I drive a Tractor-Trailer and service Farms, Farm & Seed supply businesses. Landscapers, Etc.Requires HazMat endorsement on CDL.
2023: Have been retired since 2013 and heart surgery then, Susie and I enjoy going to Auction Sales and Yard Sales, have a booth in k-ville at Cooper Vintage Village to rsale items, also list stuff on marketplace.
Church: Member at Canaan Church Denton,NC [since 1968]. In May of 2002, presented Laity Service Award. I sing in the Choir, help run the sound system, Ground Supervisor / Maintenance, Communion Steward along with my wife Susie, Church Historian, Chairpersons Nurture, Financial Secretary, and Alternate Charge Trustees. Benefits: Tour de Kale - Active since the beginning of Tour de Kale in 2000,a non-profit fundraiser benefit Bicycle, Run and Walk event in Denton. The first year TDK raised $86,000.00 and every year since has raised over $50,000.00 . All Proceeds go to a needy family in the Denton NC community. This is a annually event. I personally did the Website and keep it maintained today; TourdeKale . Canaan UMC is a Major Sponsor that controls the proceeds from this event for the Recipients.
