Joeys - the start of the Scouting journey.

The Joey Scouts section at Kurilpa Scouts is temporarily inactive.

Joeys is the first section in Scouts... and the focus is on fun !

Life as a Joey Scout is about being part of an energetic mob that chase excitement, discovery and friendship.

Joey Scouts get to express themselves creatively, through games, stories and craft activities. Joey Scouts develop a strong sense of belonging and an understanding of the world around them.

* Children must have had their 5th birthday and be eligible for school to become a Joey Scout. Transition between sections is flexible.

As a Joey Scout you will learn how to share and care while having fun adventures with your friends."

As Joey's learn and participate they earn award badges which are placed on their uniform to showcase their achievements and personal journey.
