A Program to Support Higher Education and Efforts of our Young People

اهتم الاِسلام بالعلم و تشجيعا للمسلمين والمسلمات فالمركز يقدم المساعدات فيما يتعلق بالاجور الدراسية وكلفة لوازمها.
Islam encourages education and the acquisition of knowledge for the sake of serving the community of Muslims and benefiting humanity at large. Mankind should have the opportunity to achieve knowledge and hence perform good deeds. It is reported, “Even if a person spends all of his/her life reading he/she will not be able to cover all.” We pray that your endeavors will sustain the process of education. Moreover, sincerity in worship, charity, and good deeds will gain the pleasure of The Almighty Lord, Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala). “O’ Lord! Make useful for me what you have taught me and increase me in knowledge that will be useful to me. I ask You for the wisdom of the prophets and the memory of the messengers, and those nearest to You. I entrust You with what I have read and I have studied, so bring it back to me when I am in need of it. You do whatever You wish, You are my availer and protector and Yours is the best aid.” The Glorious Qur’an says, “Help ye (one another) in righteousness and piety.” (5:2)
Al-Hamdulillah, Brothers and sisters, AlMomineen and AlMominaat, AlMohsineen and AlMohsinaat, AlMutasaddiqeen and AlMutasaddiqaat who pray with Dua'a, encourage and help, care and assist and support our efforts to serve all, especially for KUFA Scholarship, aiming to educate the youngest, and being among those whom Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala) has given wealth and they spend it righteously. We are praying that this endeavor will sustain the education of Muslims, and we encourage our brothers and sisters to come forward and support this program as well as other programs of Kufa Center of Islamic Knowledge. O’ Lord, fulfill our desire from the vastness of Thy Grace and do not cut off our hope by refusal, Ameen. The Glorious Qur’an says, “Whoever intercedeth with a good intercession shall have a share therefrom.” (4:85)
ومن الله سحبانه وتعاله والصالحين نستمد العون والتوفيق لخدمته لما فيه الخير والصلاح. نتقدم بالشكر والتقدير لمن ساهم لمنحة الكوفة لدراسية.
This kind of fund will help the Muslim students to cover part of their university tuition and/or other related expenses. One donor brother wrote, “This gift is for educational purposes. May Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala) help, guide, educate and establish them and make them elevate the name of Muslims.” Those among the believers who work with positive intent are blessed by Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala), and will receive an immense reward. Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala) says in the Glorious Qur’an (4:67), “And then We would certainly have given them of Our accord a great recompense.”
وإذا لآتيناهم من لدنا أجرا عظيما
Our thanks and appreciation for sharing your gifts from Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala), and for continuing to support the Muslim Scholarship Fund. May Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'Ala) reward the donors for their kindness and goodness, and bring happiness to them in both lives from His Grace and Mercy. May He bless their loved ones and the departed souls of those they love, and shroud them with mercy and forgiveness, and grant them company with the righteous, and appoint for them the gardens of Paradise, rest their souls in peace, and join their souls with those of the true believers, Ameen. “And join me with the righteous.” O’ Lord, reward them for their goodness, Ameen. The Glorious Qur’an says, “And those who believe and do good, certainly will We lodge them in the exalted place, in the gardens beneath which rivers flow, they shall abide therein; How excellent is the recompense of those who act aright.”(29:58)
It is a blessing to exert the best effort to help and benefit mankind. It is true guidance to strive for the overall welfare of human society. It is reported, “A person’s worth is according to his ambition and a high ambition is of great worth.” Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala) says (3:148), “And Allah gave them the reward in this world and the excellent reward of the hereafter; Verily Allah loveth those who do good (to others).” May Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala) bless and reward those who are concerned about Muslims with goodness and reward them by their best efforts in working for His religion (Deen دين). O’ Lord, record our good deeds and leave us delighted with what is written down concerning them (good deeds), Ameen. Jazakum Allahu Khairan.
