Honor Event
Life is more than playing cards. Well, not that much. But there will be more to see and more to do during this weekend.
Empress Iweko I ordered her people to explore the lands next to Second City. Her most proud and mighty people have to face unkown dangers while walking down those new regions. They find great resources that will give their clan the fame that they have been wanting since always, once these districts will be secured.
The 2012 Kotei of Paris Honor Event winner will name the land explored which will be chosen by the Main Event winner.
Whereas the Main Event asks attendees to be Card Masters, the Honor Event is about other paths. You will find hereafter the organisation of the Honor Event, of which quote should be :
"L5R players' fellowship may be the game's best interest.".
The Honor Contest will be entirely played on Saturday June 30th. It is divided in four contests in which each of the nine major clans and the Unaligned will have to show their virtues. The most honorable faction will see one of its members winning the 2012 Kotei of Paris Honor Event.
Here are these four contests:
Attendees will be able to bring banners (1 meter * 1 meter MAX) to enhance the venue during the weekend.
Attendees will be able to play a dedicated deck with its explanations during the Main Event.
- 3 - Rokugan, Music Awards 2012.
Even if Costume will be welcomed and appreciated, this will be a performance contest without required preparation.
- 4 - Calligraphy Lesson.
A Japanese teacher will present you that ancestral art then choose his most honorable students.
How to register to the Honor Event?
You will be able to support your Faction from the early morning of Saturday June 30th on.
Organizers will need your name and supported faction. You will be able to stay unaligned.
Warning : it is not authorized to support more than one faction.
Who is the Winner?
Each contest will give points to your clan.
At the end, only one clan will win.
The Honor Event winner will be the most valuable defender of that clan.
You do not have to attend every contest, obviously you can do it.
