CS-based Cryptosystem

A principle of compressed sensing (CS) can be applied to a cryptosystem in which the sensing matrix is employed for the secret key.

A CS-based cryptosystem is of interest to provide a reliable/secure/efficient protection for wireless data. It has many potential applications in

  • Internet-of-Things (IoT)

  • Smart Grid

  • Mobile Healthcare Networks (MHN)

  • Machine-type Communications (MTC)

Our research interests include

  • Design of a computationally secure CS-based cryptosystem for wireless security

  • Design of a reliable/secure/efficient CS-based cryptosystem

  • Application of CS-based cryptosystems in IoT, MTC, Smart Grid, MHN, etc.
