Mulligan, Lee

Lee Mulligan is a potter/ ceramic artist; full time resident of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Her ceramic art work includes wheel-thrown functional ware such as bowls, pitchers and serving dishes.  Lee also makes RAKU fired display pieces as well as whimsical animal sculptures. Her art background includes training in pottery-making, painting, drawing, lapidary, fire to metal jewelry making, paper- making, batik, puppet-making, basketry, spinning and weaving.  As a retired Speech-Language Pathologist/ Special Education Teacher, Lee has taught paper-making, puppetry, batik and ceramics to teachers and to young students in workshops and classrooms.  Lee is an active member of the Havasu Art Guild, participating in several of their shows and sales each year. She also maintains her skills by continuing to take classes available at the local Mohave Community College campus and attending workshops offered privately by fellow artists.
