Hahn, Fred

In my work I strive to show more how I feel rather than what I see.

I used to use my photography to capture scenes that I wanted to oil paint.  But since 1988 when I was first introduced to Photoshop, I discovered methods that would allow me to create the expression with digital styling of my photographs.  The computer then became my brushes and palette of colors.  I love it when someone asks if my work is photography or a painting.

My works have been displayed in the Laguna Art Museum, the San Bernardino Art Museum, the Catalina Island Casino Art Gallery, and various galleries in California and Arizona.  Now as a resident of Lake Havasu, I am impassioned to portray our special paradise into my artwork.
