All prices are net (VAT exempted)

Interpreting (simultaneous translation from and into French)

Medical and Scientific

800 to 1300 Euros per day. The rate applied depends on the number of days, the number of interpreters per booth, the timetable and the technical difficulty of the conference (and therefore the time spent on preparation).

Ordinary

As from 700 Euros per day

• • Travel and accommodation expenses are payable by the client.

  • Technical conferences lasting more than 8 hours per day require 3 interpreters per booth.

Written translation

From 0.13 to 0.28 Euros/source word, depending on technical difficulty, file format (pdf, Excel or PowerPoint take longer to finalize), volume of translation and delivery time.

Minimum billing: 60 Euros (less than 300 words)

Other services provided

Medical conference audio-tape transcription (French or English): 50 Euros/hour

Count ± 10 hours for a 90-minute tape + cost of possible rewriting if required

Revision/Editing in French: 0,04€/word, or 50€/hour, depending on the amount of editing required.

Other bilingual jobs: 50 Euros/hour

Terms in addition to General Terms of Sale

Invoices to be initially settled on delivery, in Euros, by cheque, bank draft or in cash. Possibility for regular clients to settle within 30 days, end of month.

Should an interpreting assignment be cancelled less than 15 days before the conference, a compensation of 50% of the planned honorarium will be charged, to be paid within 30 days. If the assignment is cancelled within 3 days of the conference, full honorarium will be due.

Estimates are, of course, free of charge.
