HA&L is not associated with any institution. It is not supported by government assistance. It is unfettered and wishes to grow. HA&L wishes to pay writers and artists to write and make art, and to share their work with you. Become a patron. There are no tax receipts to be given. This is samizdat.

HA&L hopes, in future, to publish a pay-as-you-decide pdf version of each issue, and there are print possibilities. Until then.....
