ENG 101: Freshman Composition I

ENG 101: Freshman Composition I is a standard college course. Students will be expected to compose well-developed, peer-reviewed, edited essays in several rhetorical modes, as defined in Wyrick's Steps to Writing Well. One essay will be a brief narrative, some two to three full pages. Another will be a slightly longer (four- to five-page) illustrative definition. The last will be a conference-length (six to eight full pages) argument based on contrast.

Information on this page and those linked below was posted for the Spring 2013 term. It remains in place as an example and a resource for future terms and classes.
