When a minister's call is ending, this form is completed by a visiting minister of classis who superintends a portion of the consistory meeting at which it is decided to apply to the classis for a dissolution of the pastoral relationship.
Clear boundaries are in the best interest for the departing pastor, the congregation (s) involved, and the future ministry of the congregation’s pastoral leadership.
