This is a checklist of new Meet Director requirements for the 2012 season. It was compiled at the Meet Directors Forum on June 9, 2011 and was approved by our General Membership at the Off-Season Coaches Meeting on November 3, 2011.

The CYO Track & Field Advisory Board agreed that this was the only way to improve the efficiency of our meets and maintain the integrity of our League.
New for the 2012 Season, the CYO Track and Field Advisory Board is asking all Meet Directors to distribute their awards in bulk at the end of the junior high meets (Grades 5/6 and 7/8). The attached labels (30 to a sheet) will help Meet Directors more easily comply with this mandate.

This is the official protest form for all CYO Track & Field disputes. All disputes must be filed in writing and reported directly to the meet director. Disputes that have scoring or award significance should be reported immediately. The meet director will do whatever they can within reasonable limits to correct the situation.
