This is the current CYO Coaches Form for the 2012 Season. Coordinators should key the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of their coaches into the spreadsheet and return it by email to Len Carraher at leonard.carraher@vantiv.com by no later than Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
This is the current CYO Easy Sport Roster for the 2012 season. Coordinators should key their athletes in Grades 5 thru 8 into the spreadsheet and send it by email to Joe Coors at docsavage@dr.com by no later than Tuesday, March 6, 2012. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU MEET THIS DEADLINE. The CYO will import your athletes into Easy Sport, saving you time. Easy Sport is a web site that helps coaches update their weekly track meet entries so that their athletes can be easily downloaded electronically by the CYO Scoring Team.
This is the current CYO League Fees Service Form for the 2012 Season. The form will auto-calculate what your team owes. Coordinators should key their data into the form, print it, and hand deliver it with their team fees, rosters, and liability release forms on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 or Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 7:30 to 8:30PM in the St. Ignatius Sports Complex's Wildcat Room.

All Coordinators (or their representative) will be required to sign up their team in person by hand delivering their liability release forms, rosters, and fees made payable to CTCYO. Any team who misses the sessions will not be permitted to participate in the first meet. Late fees will also apply.
