Camp Service Day/OA Meeting (May 6)

Post date: Apr 22, 2018 10:31:20 PM

Hello Brothers,

A large part of the OA is service, and so May 6th we will be meeting at COI to do trail work (this counts as Conservation Service Hours). We will be up there from 9:00am to 3:00pm and will have a very brief meeting around lunch time (food will be provided, but it is mandatory that everyone brings their own water).

No one is required to stay the whole time as I know Sunday is a busy day for a lot of people, but if you can make it for part of the day, we will be more than happy to see you! This will also be open to Non-OA members (Invite your troop!) as there isn't really anything exclusively OA about digging through a mountain. I will ask that Non-OA members do not attend our brief meeting however.

I recommend that everyone brings gloves, and if you have other tools (clippers, hand saws, etc.) you are welcome to bring them (but it is up to you to make sure you get them back).

Attached to this email is a survey, PLEASE FILL IT OUT whether you are going or not. This gives me a rough headcount (which is important when buying food!). Along with that, there is a bunch of important info I need to know.
