2010 Dixie Parking & Security Staff Meeting - March 13th at COI

A Parking and Security Staff volunteer committee meeting for Dixie 2010 will be next Saturday morning as part of the AKK Spring Fellowship. Youth and Adults Parking and Security Staff volunteers please plan on meeting at the library at Camp Old Indian next Saturday morning (3/13). We will map out the parking lot, go over open issues, make signs, set times of arrival at Dixie, set adult leadership at positions and what youth will be needed at each position. We will also go over the parking arrangements at Camp Old Indian, etc. It’s very important that all Parking & Securtiy staff volunteers attend this meeting.
