It would be very useful to incorporate recommendation of the Stiglitz-Sen-Fitoussi Report into our GNP measurement exercises. Recommendations in form of a sketched concept paper are also attached on this subpage.
Since it seems unlikely that Census will be carried out, due to political and financial constraints, I have presented a low cost, feasible alternative HERE.
