![]() Effective November 8, 2011, the Alpine Club’s Boardof Directors reached consensus on a new Table & Chair Rental Policy as follows: 1) Tables & Chairs may be rented to current (i.e., dues paid) AC Members for local events held within the AC Valley. 2) Inventory for Rent a) 63 Chairs: 49 with fabric, 14 all-metal b) 11 Six-foot long, light-in-weight plastic table 3) Fees a) Chairs: $1 each b) Tables: $3 each for a three-day period: one day set-up, day of event, and return day. 4) Procedures a) All rental parties must be current AC Members. b) All rentals are first-come, first-served. c) All rentals must be reserved and paid for 2 WEEKS prior to your event: Mail your reservations form (see downloadable form below) and check for full amount to: POB 4604, Santa Rosa, CA 95402-4602 e) All rentals must do their own pick-up and return. f) Any damage must be reported ASAP. Chairs and tables must be returned clean and DRY; do not allow them to get wet; this is particularly bad for the fabric chairs! g) Replacement costs are: $25 each chair and $75 each table
