Alpine Club Potluck, Social & Summer Meeting Saturday, August 12, 2023

Welcome to all our new neighbors! The Alpine Club is a non-profit, local social benefit club supporting all residents living in the Alpine Valley. Our club is only as strong as we locals make it! Please try to make our upcoming Meeting and become a member and connect with friends and neighbors.

What to Bring: A side dish to share (salads, veggies, desserts, etc). We will serve a main entree (Caggiano Sausage) and a veggie alternative, along with Alexander Valley Vineyards wine, beer, lemonade and water. Please bring your own plates, cups and utensils. This event is FREE to all community members! $25 member dues appreciated.

Elections for new board members will be held at our Summer Meeting on August 12 , 2023

The Alpine Club nominating committee has nominated the following:

• Karen Passafaro to continue as President.
  

• Linda Conley as Vice President. Linda is a long term upper St Helena Rd resident.
  

• Bill Blake as Treasurer. Bill has managed our website and maintains our PAS. (Bill is also the  Treasurer for Friends of the Mark West Watershed.)
  

• Alma O’Brien to continue as Secretary.
  

• Chris Schaefer as EPC Chair. Chris has served as VP for many years.

We will be collecting member dues at the Summer Meeting!

We ‘paused’ membership dues collection due to the pandemic and the Glass Fire. The Alpine Club is now ‘back in action’ and is sponsoring many more events every year. Dues are $25/year or $100/5 years per household. BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK to the Summer Meeting to pay dues to help support our community! The Summer Meeting is FREE for all residents. Payment of membership dues is not required to attend, but membership is encouraged and much needed to support our events.

Come help us celebrate that our Upper Mark West Watershed community is now recognized as a FireWise Community! Let’s keep up the good work by maintaining defensible space around our homes and doing everything within our means to do

home hardening.
