Re-building of SAP Authorizations. ACSALYS 02/2010-09/2010
1) Business side support for re-building SAP authorizations; For migration towards ECC6 and amid a multifunctional team in charge of the migration, I had re-analyzed the authorizations of the 7 000 users business by business, with workshop (Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Controlling, Commerce, Marketing…).
2) Preparation of tests campaigns on Quality Center and following of realized tests by the near-shore test centre for the validation and the rollout of the new roles in SAP 4.6C environment before the cutover on ECC6.

Delivery of an SAP R/3 Roll-Out Kit for the JCDecaux subsidiaries. ACSALYS 10/2009-01/2010
This SAP R/3 Roll-Out Kit for an SAP Core Model (FI-CO, SD-MM-PM), is structured on SAP Solution Manager with ASAP methodology and based on the return of experience of the previous implementation (Belgium, USA, Dubaï) and has an industrialization aim for the next installations (Austria, Central Europe).
Delivery of an industrial process for the Roll out of Core Model SAP, based on Solution Manager;

Have done a review of the security processes for SAP administration and the management of authorizations granted to SAP end-users to improve the SoD (segregation of duties) compliance.
Restricting access to sensitive transactions (FI-CO/SD-MM) and data;
Improvement of the process for the treatment concerning the authorization requests;
Initialization of an industrialization of those treatments, to be realized by the ‘off-shore’ resources by Capgemini India.
Project P2P (Purchase to Pay) of Siemens AG. ACSALYS 2008
In charge of Access Control project with the remediation of SAP profiles for French subsidiary of SFS (Siemens Financial Services).
Analysis of incompatibilities of transactions present in the SAP users profiles related to the authorizations;
Proposals of change to be compliant regarding the segregation of duties (SOX compliance); Design and creation of the new roles for end-users with restricting access to the sensitive data;
Cut-over with granting those new roles to the users id;
Maintenance of new granted profiles.
Mission done in partnership with SecurIntegration AG market leader of SAP GRC in Germany.

ALSTOM – ITC SAP Security ‘end to end’ Project. CapGemini - 2007
The project scope is to improve the maturity level of the SAP Access Control Security Management based on the three levels: - CC SAP Authorization matrix for CC consultants,
- Process (procedure, form, validation …),
- Control of the process (review).
The project was supported by the use of SAP Access Control, Virsa Security Tools (Firefighter, Role Expert and Compliance Calibrator).
In charge of the SAP Security project at Alstom SAP Competences Center (Paris) for giving security to the SAP consultants accesses on IT production environments.
Installation of SAP GRC Access Control (Virsa Compliance Calibrator, FireFighter, Role Expert) to secure the SAP access, especially to the sensitive transactions in the ten different production environments.
Customizing of Compliance Calibrator and Firefighter.
