Values of the G_SEQ_TYPE attribute must be one of the following:

• • Nucleotide: Nucleotide (DNA, RNA) sequences.

  • Protein: Protein (amino acid) sequences.

Sequences must be represented in the standard IUB/IUPAC amino acid and nucleic acid codes, and should conform to the NCBI FASTA specification.
