What does an ISTE Analyst do?


ISTE Analyst Standards include:

Standard 7a Provide alternative ways for students to demonstrate competency and reflect on their learning using technology.

Standard 7b Use technology to design and implement a variety of formative and summative assessments that accommodate learner needs, provide timely feedback to students and inform instruction.

Standard 7c Use assessment data to guide progress and communicate with students, parents and education stakeholders to build student self-direction.

7a Artifact Kahoot! is an extremely fun way for students to demonstrate competency. Students can easily make their own Kahoot, or they can play a teacher created game.

Standard 7b Use technology to design and implement a variety of formative and summative assessments that accommodate learner needs, provide timely feedback to students and inform instruction.

7b Artifact IReady allows for data-driven instruction. Reports can be used to conference with students, parents, and other educators to determine differentiated instruction. Students can work on lessons that are tailored to their needs.
