Wrestling

Students will have the opportunity to learn positions, basic skills, drills, tactical strategy, and live wrestling. The clinic gives participants an opportunity to showcase their abilities and learn more about the sport of wrestling.

This is a great opportunity for students interested in participating in North Star's competitive wrestling program in high school!  No previous wrestling experience required. 

Open to grades 5-8!
