Today, We will give you the importance of Reading Habit. Reading isn't just a pastime; it's a workout for your brain! It enhances your vocabulary, improves focus, and sparks creativity.

Successful people has a good reading habits. From scientists to artists, leaders to dreamers—books have been their secret weapon.

Vincent:    

Let’s have a reading of a short story entitled “ The Turtle and the Rabbit”

Jimmy:  

Once upon a time, there was a fast bunny and a slow turtle. The bunny always made fun of the turtle for being slow.

Wilson:  

One day, the turtle had enough. He challenged the bunny to a race. The bunny laughed “hahhahhahahaahha.

Jimmy:       

When the race started, the bunny zoomed ahead. He thought he was so fast that he took a nap under a tree. Meanwhile, the turtle kept going, slow but steady.

Wilson:   

Surprisingly, the turtle reached the finish line while the bunny was still sleeping. The turtle won!

Jimmy:        

The lesson is: "It's not always about being fast. Going slow and steady can help you win in the end." So, don't make fun of others, and always do your best!

Today, we would like to inform you that the Grade 7 Christmas Song Competition has moved on December 25, 2023.It is Monday and exactly The Christmas Day! I think everyone is excited to hear the good voice of our 7th graders.

Vincent:    

Let’s have a reading of a short story entitled “A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens.

Elsa:           

In a village, there was a Killjoy who didn't like Christmas.

Jimmy:        

I don't like all this Christmas cheer. I'm going to stop it!

Ryan:              

So, the Killjoy came up with a plan. He would take all the gifts and decoration.

All:                 

(sleeping) Zzz...

Jimmy:           

(stealing) I'll take these and those! No more Christmas for them!

Elsa:               

But on Christmas morning, the Killjoy looked out and saw something surprising.

All:              

(happy) Merry Christmas!

Elsa:            

(joyful) Even without gifts, we're happy!

Jimmy:            

(confused) Huh? How could it happen?

Ryan:       

The Killjoy thinks Christmas wasn't just about gifts. It was about being together and about peace and joy.

Elsa:             

His heart grew with kindness, and he decided to give everything back.

Jimmy:        

Here, take your gifts and decorations. I was wrong.

All:                 

(cheering) Yay!
